A US-based adult film actress has caused an uproar after being featured in a music video with an Iranian pop singer.
Alex Texas, who was born in 1985 and began her career in 2006, was spotted in a video with Iranian singer Sasy.
In the video, Texas is seen wearing conservative clothing (to include a headscarf), but ultimately strips down to a bikini.
Fortunately for Sasy (real name, Sasan Yafteh), he is out of Iran’s jurisdiction in California- but his videos have caused outrage in his native country.
According to the Daily Mail, internet censorship is a thing in Iran, but has proven ineffective thanks to Virtual Private Networks and anti-filtering software.
Many hard-liners within the Iranian government have referred to such videos as “soft-attacks” by the West.
