Have you ever just had one of those days? Where the “break stuff” song by Limp Bizkit just pops into your head. For one United Airlines pilot, August 2nd was that day.
According to the NY Post, Kenneth Jones has been charged by Denver police after he pulled out an axe and began chopping at a parking arm at the Denver International Airport.
The incident, caught on video, shows Jones swinging the axe 23 times at the security device. Eventually, two airport workers wrestle the axe out of Jones’ hands and settle him down.
He told police that he saw at least six cars in line to leave and wanted to eliminate the hold-up for everyone.
United Airlines has suspended Jones pending the outcome of the police investigation.
