An American teacher -who has a sizeable following on social media- is claiming she doesn’t understand why she is being shamed for wearing “cute outfits” to school.
However, things aren’t always as they seem on the surface.
The 24-year-old, who goes by “Ms.Lane,” “LaraaLanee,” “Teacher In Your Town” and “Lara Lanett,” has around 56k followers on Tiktok, as well as followings on Instagram and Twitter.
Recently, Lane took to the tabloids to complain about how many adults didn’t appreciate her “cute outfits” and deemed them inappropriate.
A cursory overlook of Lane’s videos reveals a little more context- from mindlessly-choreographed suggestive TikTok dances in short dresses to subtly flashing her underwear as she spins in her classroom office chair, it becomes apparent that there is a theme.
“I’m a teacher and get dress-shamed all the time for my cute outfits but I don’t see what the problem is,” read the teacher’s thoughts, turned into a headline by The Sun.
Truly, many of the comments were critical of Lane’s behavior.
“This is weird AF, your in kids’ class,” one TikTok user wrote.
“You’re a f**king wrong’n doing the type of dances you do in a young child’s class,” chimed another.
“It’s this generation that will be teaching our children about only fans/content creation,” a third quipped. “We’re done for!!”
It was the third comment that ultimately led to what is known in the industry as “foreshadowing,” as a subsequent tour of Lane’s links revealed what both Lane and The Sun failed to mention in the article: Ms. Lane does, in fact, have an OnlyFans account- one with over 218,800 likes.
The OnlyFans link trail revealed photos of herself in various states of undress, to include in what appear to be classroom settings.
While Lara reportedly made an OnlyFans to “explore her wild side more,” her alleged befuddlement as to why she is getting unapproving comments from individuals may stem from the amount of time and effort she puts into creating and advertising explicit content- and how that appears to overlap with her teaching career.
It is unknown if Lara’s employers -or the parents of her students- are aware of her lucriative side-gig.
