A video of a Louisiana police officer getting down to the best taxpayer-funded beat in recent memory hasn’t gone viral yet, but it should.
Posted last week in Hammond, Louisiana, K9 Officer Kris Schilling showed the kids of Hammond Westside Montessori School how to get down with an impressive shuffle- all to a killer dance beat created by another officer’s use of the E-horn and siren.
The video was uploaded by HPD on Thursday and has around 140,000 views and has been shared over 2,470 times.
Officer Schilling’s wife, Lorraine, even popped into the comments section to laugh at her cheeky husband.
“My life every day,” she said of her husband’s antics. “No shame. [I] love this man.”
Others said that he hasn’t changed since High School.
“Everybody loved his goofy, crazy personality then, and we love it now,” Erika Pitre said.
In the video, the children also seemed to enjoy the show- a big public relations win for Hammond PD.
