A Mexican “boy mom” celebrated her son’s entry into manhood by purchasing him a stripper for his 18th birthday party- much to his embarrassment.
The incident, which was filmed by a party-goer, took place in Nuevo León.
After bringing out the young man’s cake, his mother put her hands over his eyes and told him to wait.
When he was allowed to see his surprise, he was staring down an exotic dancer, ready to bare it all for the birthday boy.
The young man was visibly disgusted and embarrassed, all while his friends looked on.
According to the Daily Star, the mother began making whooping noises and celebrating as the stripper did her thing.
The video of the debacle was posted to Instagram, where it generated well over 23 million views.

The comments regarding the video were mixed, to say the least, with some men celebrating the mother’s decision and others dismissing the behavior as tasteless.
“Bro will never ask anything from his mom again,” one user wrote.
“Guess I was born in the wrong part of the world,” another chimed in.
