Two employees at a LuLuLemon store in Georgia are blasting the company saying they were trying to protect the merchandise when they confronted two masked robbers earlier this month.
According to the NY Post, LuLuLemon has turned around and fired the two employees, one a store manager.
The video of the confrontation has gone viral on social media.
The looters have apparently stolen from the store at least a dozen times. The employees tried to confront the masked thieves, though they did not physically try to stop them. They instead followed them to their getaway car and reported the information to the police.
The police have arrested and charged the thieves with felonies.
In response, LuLuLemon fired the employees for violating their policies of not confronting suspected criminals. They were also denied severances.
