A former Los Angeles pro soccer player has shown her true colors after flashing the Nazi salute at pro-Israel demonstrators.
Stefany Ferrer Van Ginkel went viral on Monday after an antisemitism watchdog group posted footage of her giving the Bellamy Salute in front of pro-Israeli protests while sitting in a car driven by a fellow soccer player, Samim Haydari.
The crowd shouted “Shame on you,” as Van Ginkel was driven away.
A Brazilian native, the 25-year-old soccer player was part of Angel City FC’s inaugural season in 2022.
Van Ginkel did not receive a contract renewal and only played for the season.

“Stefany Ferrer Van Ginkel does not play for Angel City Football Club, nor has she been affiliated with the club since November 2022. We condemn her recent actions and statements,” the team said in a statement Monday afternoon.
According to KTLA, Van Ginkel and Haydari recently launched “Juega Bonita,” a brand “created to grow the girls soccer game.”
The pair showed up in a recent apology video, though Van Ginkel was notably silent the entire time.
“I know we have approached the situation with hate and made it worse with our actions,” Haydari said. “We acted childish … All we can do is become better [and] learn a lesson from this. We cannot change the past.”
