Nicole “Nicky” Vargas from cycle 10 of Bad Girls Club is still up to the name.
Multiple people allegedly saw her topless while performing oral sex with her partner, Colton Voegele in the parking lot of an apartment complex. But it wasn’t until on man confronted them that things really got out of hand.

When Brevard County officers arrived, Nicky was still topless and attempted to run from them before being arrested. She has been released on $1,500 bail.
