A man is being sued by an OnlyFans creator after he allegedly leaked explicit photos of her without her consent.
Mikayla Saravia is suing ex-boyfriend Nicholas Hunter for $6.3 billion in what many call a case of revenge porn.
Saravia is known for her abnormally long tongue, which she uses in a lot of her content to great effect.
The two dated for around half a decade before splitting up.
After the split in October of last year, Hunter reportedly leaked the explicit images to Sariva’s social media users in January, after utilizing her usernames and passwords.
To put this into context, Saravia has 8 million followers on Instagram and 600,000 Twitter subscribers.
The Daily Mail reports that Sariva has two OnlyFans accounts- one which is free and one that users pay $30 a month for in order to get access to more explicit content.
Taking control of Sariva’s accounts, Hunter sold images and videos of Saravia for $35 and photos for $10 and $13 each.
Sariva’s attorney, Joseph DiRuzzo, argues that while Hunter had consent from Sariva for the images, he didn’t have permission to share them for a profit.
“Just because you consented to an image in the past, it does not mean you’re giving someone permission to post additional content without your consent,” DiRuzzo wrote in the complaint. “Defendant used the OnlyFans account to sell sexually explicit videos and images of the plaintiff based on material he had amassed prior to the severance of their business and personal relationship.”
The $6.3 billion damages figure reportedly equates to $10,000 for each of the 628,000 Twitter followers she had in October when the couple’s relationship ended.
