A pack of wild turkeys have turned the tables this Thanksgiving on a small city in Massachusetts.
Just northwest of Boston, Woburn residents are complaining about a group of wild turkeys who are terrorizing the area.
According to the Guardian, one resident, Meaghan Tolson has complained that, “they peck at cars, they stop traffic. They go after kids on bikes. If you’re walking or jogging, or anything like that, they come for you.”
The turkeys, apparently led by a male the residents have dubbed “Kevin,” attack pedestrians, postal workers, and even hold up traffic and peck at the tires of cars in the street.

According to the Massachusetts government website however, you shouldn’t let the turkeys intimidate you:
According to Tolson however, it’s one male that drives the conflict. According to the Guardian, Tolson states, “the women are more mellow and not so territorial. But I think he kind of amps them up to get them going to chase people. But they’re never the instigators.”
Regardless of the motivation, it’s easily said that it’s a somewhat ironic situation as millions of Americans sit down tonight and enjoy a nice turkey dinner.
