UFC president Dana White has hired a female security guard, following her amazing takedown of a shoplifter- one that resulted in her being fired from a Hawaii Best Buy.

Summer Tapasa-Sataraka  Became well known on social media after she took down a man attempting to steal electrical equipment from the electronics store.

While the imposingly large young woman was fired from her job, she soon drew the attention of Dana White after she became a social media sensation.

“Welcome to the @ufc, Summer Tapasa!” White wrote. “I’m so happy you chose a career with us.”

According to RT, White flew Tapasa-Sataraka to Nevada for UFC 246 in January, where she stood between Conor McGregor and Donald Cerrone.

The former Best Buy asset protection specialist is now considering a more senior role with the company but is currently mulling over the move from Hawaii.
