A drunken night at an English bar supposedly ended up with two people hooking up. The morning after, the man said he was sexually assaulted by the “drunk and horny” woman.
According to the NY Post, Imogen Brooke was accused of pinning down the man and “refused to take no for an answer.” The two had apparently been drinking at a bar when they went up to a bedroom. The man wanted to sleep, but Brooke instead pinned the man on his back and ripped his clothes off.
The man said he couldn’t do anything because Brooke, who weighed 336 pounds, was larger than he was strong.
The sex lasted 15 minutes and ended after Brooke was satisfied and turned over to go to sleep.
Brooke took the stand and stated, “No, 15 minutes on top, I wouldn’t. I’m very lazy. I had no sex on top for any duration.” She cited her body image issues as another reason why shouldn’t won’t go on top.
She even denies having sex with the man.
It took the jury just an hour to find Brooke not guilty of the charge, with the accused bursting into tears of happiness in the courtroom when the verdict was announced.
