CLEVELAND, Ohio – Leave it to Machine gun Kelly and Megan Fox to put on a controversial show for Halloween.
The rapper/rocker and actress turned heads and drew some angry comments for their costumes this year on social media. First up was MGK as Tommy Lee and Fox as Pamela Anderson. Machine Gun Kelly famously portrayed the Motley Crue drummer in the 2019 Netflix film “The Dirt.”
Fox sported blonde hair and makeup to make her look like Anderson, along with a dress nearly identical to one Anderson wore in a 1990s paparazzi photo with Lee. MGK rocked dark hair, a white tank top and jeans to match the photo as well. He even covered up some of his tattoos with makeup to capture Lee’s ink aesthetic.
The resemblance was uncanny and drew rave reviews from fans. But it was the final part of the post that some people were unhappy with. In a video, Machine Gun Kelly mock snorts cocaine (we believe it was fake) off of Fox’s breast and then licks it. Some commenters were upset with the couple, who has a young fanbase, alluding to drug use.
The controversy wasn’t done there. Over on Fox’s Instagram account, the actress posted another Halloween costume. This one saw Machine Gun Kelly dressed in a clergy outfit feeding Fox – who was wearing a scantily clad outfit while on her knees – Communion.
Some commenters criticized Fox and MGK for making a mockery of Catholicism. It’s likely the couple doesn’t mind. Combined, the two Halloween posts had more than 4 million likes as of Monday morning.
