In January, an 88-year-old Opal Zucca fell while trying to take the trash can home and was injured.
Since that incident Bill Shelby has gone out of his way to make sure it doesn’t happen again. When he pulls up to her home he brings her trash can to her door.
In the video Bill walks Opal and the trash can back to her home, since he knows she is a woman who needs to be supported.
Even though Opal suffers from dementia she always looks forward to visits from Bill.
