She says she was there to relax, chill with friends, and maybe make a couple of yoga videos, but the property manager thought she was there to make a porno after checking out her Instagram. That’s the explanation OnlyFans model Karley Stokes gave her 121,000 Instagram followers.
According to the Mirror, Stokes rented the Florida villa, which costs roughly $25,000 per week, for Memorial Day weekend. She was shown the home by a property manager through the rental website Vrbo. At first everything was fine, but then the property manager looked up who they were on Instagram and got nervous.
“She claimed that she knew we were going to be shooting porn at their location because of our past Instagram posts. We always told her that no we were not – we were using the time to hang with friends as a mini-vacation to relax, meditate and work on yoga.”
There were six people staying at the house. All of them had to turn over their ID to the property manager and undergo a background check before they were left alone.
A day after checking in, the property manager and a security guard showed up to kick everyone one.
“We were in the backyard at the pool – where I had taken an Instagram picture – and at about 1pm, a hired security guard showed up at the house and tells us our lease has been terminated and that we have to leave or they would call the police. In that moment we were like ‘call the police’ because we weren’t doing anything wrong.
Stokes says a single photo she took next to the pool is what got them all kicked out.
In the end, Stokes says she hasn’t been refunded for the rental, though she was told she would, and is calling out Vrbo for not stepping in to help.
