Boxing Legend Mike Tyson may be making a comeback into fighting- and it may earn him $20 million.
The Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship [BKFC] is set to offer Tyson a hefty sum to get him back into the ring, and is more than willing to do so.
“I think I know what we need to do to make this thing happen,” BKFC President David Feldman said.
According to Fox News, Tyson was offered the money earlier this month, and has been busy on social media showing how he has been training.
“We got so many guys that want to do this,” Tyson said. “We’re in calls — we’re doing business with guys, you ain’t even going to believe the names when the names come out.”
The last time the former world heavyweight champ competed in boxing was back in 2005, and Tyson is currently 53 years of age.
No official dates have been set, though Yahoo News reports that Tito Ortiz has been given the offer to take on the champ, possibly in Las Vegas.
“I’m not sure if it’s going to be boxing or MMA yet, I haven’t got that far- I think both of us have got to be cleared by the athletic commission, this Vegas thing,” Ortiz said. “But I’ve been boxing for 20 years, man, and my boxing skills have got better and better. They might not be the same level of Tyson, but has Tyson been punched in the face in the last 15 years? No, he hasn’t, and I have, and I’ve been able to subdue everyone I’ve competed against over the last four years.”
Ortiz is well known for his fighting- both in the ring and with his baby-mama, former world-famous adult actress Jenna Jameson.
