Heather Locklear was arrested on Sunday night on domestic violence charges, as well as for attacking three police officers in California.
The incident took place in a home in Thousand Oaks, after Locklear’s brother informed 9-1-1 officials of domestic violence at the home.
Police arrived to find none other than Locklear, a 56-year-old actress who got her first big break back in the 1980s and became a household name with her role on the hit show, ‘Melrose Place.’
Locklear reportedly assaulted a police officer during the call, and was subsequently was arrested on 3 counts of misdemeanor battery on an officer, as well as striking her boyfriend.
The actress has a relatively well-established history of domestic violence. According to TMZ, she was arrested in 2011 for striking her ex-boyfriend.
Locklear was released around 6 a.m. this morning on bond and will have to stand in court on March 13th.
