A model who utilized racy photos to generate donations to assist with the Australian wildfires has had her Instagram account deactivated.
Kaylen Ward, a 20-year-old who works as an “influencer” on social media under the handle, “The Naked Philanthropist,” was working in the Los Angeles Area when she took note of what was happening in the land down under.
“I was seeing all the posts on Twitter about the Australian fires and I was really concerned there wasn’t a lot of media coverage and not a lot of people donating,” she told BuzzFeed.
I’m sending nudes to every person who donates atleast $10 to any one of these fundraisers for the wildfires in Australia. Every $10 you donate = one nude picture from me to your DM. You must send me confirmation that you donated.

Ward, who sells nude photos of herself online, decided to shell out photos of her body for monetary donations, which could be sent to a number of charities.
“I’m sending nudes to every person who donates at least $10 to any one of these fundraisers for the wildfires in Australia,” she tweeted. “Every $10 you donate = one nude picture from me to your DM. You must send me confirmation that you donated.”
Not long after she sent her tweet, she had around 40,000 retweets.
“I was expecting to raise maybe $1,000 but the tweet blew up,” she said.
Inundated with documentation proving donations, Ward has hired a team of four to sort through the thousands of requests and distribute her nudes accordingly.
As of Sunday afternoon, around $500,000 was raised.
Instagram, however, has shut her account down over “sexually suggestive content.”
Despite losing her account, Ward has vowed to keep her word as best she can on the distribution of nudes.
For Ward, the fires are somewhat personal- her very own family had to flee the Carr fire in California, which burned well over 200,000 acres and killed eight.
Instagram has yet to respond on the matter.
