A TikTok user was blasted on social media after she claimed she unintentionally sprayed her hair with Gorilla Glue and had to go to the hospital.
Posting mere days after “Gorilla Glue Woman” Tessica Brown was forced to have surgery to remove the adhesive from her own hair, Avani Reyes claimed that she too fell victim to the glue.
However, the 20-year-old claimed the application of the spray glue was accidental and shared videos of herself trying to remove the adhesive.
According to the Daily Mail, Reyes has over 459,000 followers and even documented a trip to the emergency room.
People on the internet, however, were not so convinced.
“You knew that would happen, don’t pretend you didn’t, clout chasing,” one user wrote.

Since the videos went live, the Louisiana resident claims that she has had panic attacks.
