A man claiming to be one of the seven jurors for the defamation trial involving Johnny Depp and Amber Heard has gone public on social media.
In a video posted to TikTok, in which he chose to remain anonymous, he said he found Depp to be a much more credible witness than Heard.
“I would just listen intently, and everything she was saying came off like bulls***,” he said
He explained some of the specific topics that confirmed his decision to side with Depp during the jury deliberations, such as Heard’s claim she donated half of her divorce settlement to the ACLU.
After Terrence Dougherty, the ACLU CEO, and general counsel testified she never made a donation, she was questioned about the lie and claimed she used the word ‘donated’ and ‘pledged’ synonymously.
For the juror, this solidified his position that she was not credible.
When asked if the jury ‘hated’ Heard by a TikTok user, the alleged Juror replied: “not hate, but most didn’t empathize.”
He also went on to say he was surprised to see that users on social media had the same feelings about the trial as he did.
“It blows my mind how every single person seemed to be commenting on how weird” her eye contact was.

“That was my gut feeling, after all the information in the trial,” he said.
The alleged Juror’s statements have yet to be verified and the names of the jurors will be sealed for a year following the trial, but according to Daily Mail, there is no rule keeping them from sharing their experiences.
