Tawney Kitaen, actress and former video vixen for many 1980’s hairbands was found dead in Newport Beach on Friday, she was 59-years-old.
The coroner has not declared a cause of death. She leaves behind two children.
According to TMZ, Kitaen started in the movie ‘Bachelor Party’ but was most gained a lot of her fame off the White Snake video for ‘Here I Go Again’ in which she performed cartwheels and splits along two closely parked cars.
Kitaen tried to spin her music video fame into a larger acting career, though substance abuse derailed that.
She eventually married David Coverdale, the lead singer of White Snake, but that marriage lasted two years. She eventually married MLB pitcher David Finley and had two daughters. That marriage also ended in divorce.
Kitaen was arrested for drug possession and last appeared on VH1’s “Celebrity Rehab” where she talked about her issues.
