Another Massachusetts elementary school announced it has canceled its Halloween festivities this year.

The Boyden Elementary School in Walpole announced the school will trade its annual Halloween costume parade for a “Black and Orange” spirit day on Oct. 31. On Friday, Oct. 20, the school will also host a “Monster Mash Pasta Bash” during after-school hours, reports WCVB.

In a statement, the school told media that the costume parade “is out of the ordinary routine and can be difficult for many students,” adding that the parade “is not inclusive of all the students” according to a report by WBZ.

The Walpole school’s announcement comes weeks after the Mitchell Elementary School in Needham canceled its Halloween celebrations due to what they say is a lack of inclusivity for children.
