MARANA, Arizona – A woman in her wedding dress driving to her ceremony triggered a three-car crash and ended up being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, reports say.
A picture released by police shows Amber Young, 32, being led to a police cruiser while wearing a floor-length wedding gown and with her hands cuffed behind her back.
One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, azfamily.com reports.
Sgt. Chriswell Scott of the Marana Police Department tells The Republic that Young was cited for DUI and then released to her fiancee.
In a tweet, Scott said “Don’t drive impaired, till death do we part doesn’t need any help.”
